How old do I have to be to use Juuve?

  • The minimum age required for using Juuve is 21.

Is fuel included?

  • Fuel in included in the kilometer price.
  • There's a service/fuel card located in the glovebox of the vehicle, this card can be used to pay for the petrol or electricity. The pin-number is printed on the card. 😃

How do I unlock a car?

  • When you've made a reservation, all you need to do is to go to the vehicle and pull out your phone and use the app's 'slide-to-unlock' button to unlock the car!

I've never driven an electric car before, how does it work?

  • Driving an electric car isn't that different compared to a normal car. It is important to know that when you return please connect the car to the charging station.
  • The service/charging card for the charging station is located in the glovebox.
  • To activate charging hold the card in front of the sensor on the station.
  • Always check if the light turns blue. This confirms if the car is charging.
  • Be sure to return the card in the glovebox before finishing your reservation!

Can I go abroad with a Juuve car?

  • Yes! You can go anywhere in Europe with our cars, please note that not all service cards (fuel & electric charging) work outside the Benelux. Be sure to check before departing. 
  • Please note: winter tires are required by law in Germany and other countries during winter. Be sure to check if the tires fitted are winter tires.

How do I lock the car during a reservation?

  • You can lock the car during your reservation by simply using the 'slide-to-lock' button. Be sure to not finish your reservation!

What do I do if the car won't open?

  • When you're experiencing problems with our service please contact the helpdesk.
  • You can find the helpdesk in the app, our helpdesk is available 24/7.

What do I do in case of damage?

  • If the damage occurs before the reservation, the app gives you the possibility to report the damage before driving. Please send us detailed pictures if possible.
  • If damage occurs during the reservation, please contact the helpdesk and fill out an online damage form.

How does insurance work?

  • The cars are insured, in the case of damage there is a 500,- deductible. 

Can I bring my pet with me?

  • Yes pets are allowed, however please try to keep the car as clean as possible for the next user. Sharing is caring!
